MasterMarc: Hi Tyger. It seems that you are one of the guys who loves to catch boys who are finding their freedom by loosing controle. Can you explain us, why do you love bondage?
Tyger: I was first attracted to bondage for its aesthetic appeal. I loved the geometry and intricacy it created from the rope patterns itself, and I loved how it could contour the body to accentuate muscle patterns. As I started maturing and learning more about my personal interests, I found that bondage had provided me with several intimate attractions. It was a way for me to fulfill desires of domination as well as feed my more sadistic fantasies. Depending on what my partner was craving, I could use bondage to provide a sense of security and comfort or a sense of being exposed and vulnerable.
MasterMarc: If you do bondage sessions is the result of the session more a art work or is it sm play? Can you explain us more about the goal of a session and what the different steps are to reach it?
Tyger: The goal of the session is dependent on the intent. If I’m at a bar or some sort of social event, the intention is usually to put on a show and entice the people around. This becomes more focused on aesthetics and illusions; feeding the audience’s desire for a helpless victim in agony or torture, where in reality, it may be uncomfortable at most. If I’m at a dungeon play party or a group scene, it shifts more towards connecting with my play partner and fulfilling our kink/sm desires, but there is still a lot of awareness about our surroundings. In this situation, my play often is modified depending on the energy I receive from the neighboring scenes or the people observing. If it is purely a private session, then I can focus my actions on the desires of my play partner and myself. My ropes become a little sloppier, but I still maintain some of the aesthetics as it also plays in the balance of tension in my ropes. But because my focus is fully attentive to my play partner without other distractions, I can push harder and let my sadistic side come more alive, knowing that I can react quicker by not having neighboring scenes taking a part of my attention.
Being able to identify these types of dynamics and understanding the limitations of each scene help prepare me and my play partner for how far we can push each other and what types of communication may be needed in case we need to change the direction of the scene. Regardless, the best sessions I’ve had were with someone who could easily flow between the different types of scenes. This would have to be someone who has higher pain thresholds, has a masochistic side, and also has an exhibitionistic side: someone who likes to be used, to be in agony, and to be seen in that way. This helps me know that whichever scene I’m in, I can push just a little bit further and harder to mutually please all parties involved.
MasterMarc: Do you have some pictures of bounded people in your head you haven’t realized yet? And how do they look like?
Tyger: I have several ideas about some shoots I want to do. One thing I enjoy doing is breaking down stereotypes and showing that there isn’t just one way of doing something. I love seeing tops tied up and positions that make people question what they’re really looking at. If it sparks a question or a pause in someone’s gaze, I would have succeeded. I don’t want to provide too much detail in case someone else gets there before me, but if people are looking for inspiration, I’d suggest finding things that already catch your eye, and then translating it into the world of rope bondage.
MasterMarc: Sounds like an interesting project and we are looking forward to see the results. Btw, where can people find and see your work and do you do also shootings for clients?
Tyger: I post most of my stuff on my Tumblr. For now, this is just something I do on the side for fun, but I love collaborating with other artists and photographers to help instigate others into the scene.
MasterMarc: What would you recommend to a guy, who is interested to become a good bondage top, how to start with it?
Tyger: For those who are truly interested in trying, go get some cheap rope and start tying things up. Take a lot of time to learn the basics and get an understanding of why you enjoy bondage. A great bondage top isn’t one who can tie good knots and make them pretty, but one who can connect with their play partner and make it a great experience for both.
MasterMarc: What are beside bondage other kinks you love to live and can you tell us, what the attraction of these kinks is?
Tyger: I’m definitely a sadist, but the pleasure has to be mutual. I don’t want to just hit anyone unless they want to be hit, but I really do enjoy cbt, tt, flogging, spanking, hitting, kicking, etc. The harder I can go, the more fun it is. I think the thing that really turns me on to it is that the bottom is giving up that much more to me and I give back as much as they are willing to give. It’s not something that people will just do to/for anyone, which then translates to a stronger connection between me and my play partner. I think the best scenes are where the bottom already has a high threshold so they are able to challenge me to be more intense. It’s like the exchange where they start off pushing my limits as a top, and as I surpass my limits, I am able to return the favor and push their limits as a bottom.
