I’m going to assume that most of us have already checked out my 200-square-meter dungeon on the website. For me, this location is my empire – a parallel universe in the second basement level where the civilian identity hits clock-out time and my kink world becomes reality. To be completely honest, I live down here more than I do in my actual apartment.
When Kinksters visit me down here, it’s always fascinating to watch how many of them freeze dead in their tracks in front of one specific area, asking, “Master, what is the sports corner doing in your dungeon?” Even when my friends from Serious Male Bondage dropped by for a production, they stood staring at the weights in disbelief at first – only to end up shooting a damn intense scene right at the multi-gym station.



I get the confusion, since most people build themselves a basic “playroom” – a small space for some BDSM fun. When I started planning the layout of my dungeon, I had different designs in mind. It was vital to me that the dungeon could be used for long-term stays and long-term captivity. The setup had to be designed so that slaves have zero reason to ever leave the perimeter, unless the Master wants them to or a real emergency hits. It needed to be a place where slaves can live long-term, completely immersed in a parallel world. Since I have 200 square meters to play with down here, that vision became reality. So, it’s not just the needs of the Master defining the architecture, but also the needs of the slaves – and especially the long-term captives – that dictate what a dungeon must provide in daily life.
As you all know, I have a very clear preference for lean, athletic twink slaves. A strict, daily workout routine is essential for the boys to keep them running smoothly and to ensure they are fit to serve. And that exact routine needs its fixed space in the underworld. That’s why I built this specific area, which I call the DunGym. Makes total sense, doesn’t it?
Especially during extended captivity, it’s vital that slaves can blow off steam through more than just classic kink action. The DunGym features a fully equipped strength-training area, but also gear for cardio. When a boy is in captivity at my place, he can’t exactly go for a casual jog in the woods. That’s why there is a cross-trainer available – even though I personally absolutely despise cardio. The multi-gym, the free weights, and the TRX equipment are the logical steps to sculpt the body. Then come the smaller details, like jump ropes and weighted vests. What’s personally extremely important to me is the professional PowerPlate, as I am a massive fan of vibration training. By the way, the boys enjoy their workouts on the PowerPlate with an unnormal intensity when they are wearing a plug up their ass. 🙂
And yes, this training runs under absolute, non-stop surveillance. Just like the health metrics of long-term slaves are meticulously monitored and logged. This includes daily checks of body temperature, weight, and body fat percentage, alongside seamless reporting of physical activities and nutrition in the slave log. Forced Workout: When Fitness Turns into a Mindfuck
Even though a standard workout is the baseline of long-term slavery, there is also the Forced Workout. That is exactly where fitness turns into a mindfuck. Why? Because a Forced Workout triggers the exact same neural command center as a rigid fixation in an agonizing pose. By stress positions, we mean holding and restraint postures where the sub is forced to endure an un-natural, painful body position over an extended period. When I drive a boy to his absolute physical limits in the DunGym through pure drill, that is a dynamic stress position for his muscles and his head. He cannot escape the brenning pain stimulus. He has zero autonomy and no comfort zone left to relieve the tension. His only option in the system is to function and follow the Master’s command unconditionally, because the alternative is going to be a hell of a lot more painful.
Every single one of you has seen army movies featuring forced workouts. There is usually a ton of screaming involved during the drill. Personally, I am not a shouting Master – normally, I believe that whoever screams is just proving they are in the wrong. I prefer a silent, subtle guidance. But during a drill in a Forced Workout, that screaming has its absolute place. Sure, it drives your slave forward and pushes him to peak performance. Part of it is motivating shouting, but it’s also about negative, humiliating verbal dominance.
The psychological trick behind it is the feeling of absolute coercion, the healthy fear of punishment, but most importantly, the fact that this constant sensory bombardment completely neutralizes his mind. He becomes mentally incapable of thinking about whether he actually wants this or if he can keep going. He is so heavily overwhelmed by the situation that his brain stops analyzing his position and just drops into a purely mechanical execution mode.
An indispensable element of the drill is the added fear of punishment – specifically, immediate consequences through pain stimuli like whips and crops, or even electro-shocks during training. But the boy also knows that sloppy execution will only extend his training time, or that he will face heavy sanctions right afterward.
The massive difference between this and a vanilla bootcamp run by regular fitness coaches is that we Kinksters combine the Forced Workout with heavy sexual stimuli. This ranges from a dildo that penetratres the slave in a tight rhythm during his push-ups, to heavy chain weights attached to his balls. The possibilities are endless.

It is the ultimate cognitive offloading. And right there, in that deep silence inside his own head, is where the submissive nature of a true pleaser secretly hungers to be.
Let’s bring it back to the core needs of the slave that shaped the layout of my dungeon. What is the most fundamental need of a true slave? Exactly: to have his Master present – guiding him, training him, using him, and protecting him. My maximum availability is the bedrock of this dynamic. For this exact reason, I integrated a fully equipped office right inside the dungeon, allowing me to handle my civilian business while long-term slaves are on-site. And as a practical side-benefit, the DunGym is incredibly convenient for myself, because I can crush my own workout right on the spot.
