These records are available for inspection upon request by law enforcement.
• Hosting/Publishing Role: For content that is not produced by us, we act solely as a publisher and host.

3. Responsibility of the External Contributor/Author

Any Author, Contributor, or Model whose work (including images, videos, or visual content depicting sexually explicit conduct) is not produced by Kinksters.Online but is published or linked on our platform, is solely considered the producer of that external content for the purpose of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance.

The external content contributor is solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining all statutory record-keeping requirements for their externally produced content.
• Ensuring that such records are available for inspection upon request by law enforcement.

4. Indemnification

The external Contributor explicitly agrees to indemnify Kinksters.Online against any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from their failure to maintain complete and accurate records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content they produced.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe that content on Kinksters.Online violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or any other applicable law, please report the violation immediately through our Copyright Infringement Claims process outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
